Jolie villa vue mer, neuve et moderne au calme, située à Pramousquier face au Cap Nègre, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants, idéalement située pour tout faire à pieds, profiter de l'environnement et des plages. Vous êtes à 8 minutes à pied de la plage de Pramousquier et à 10 minutes de celle de Cavalière. Pour les amateurs de vélo, la piste cyclable est située à 100 m en contre-bas de la villa. La villa est à quelques kilomètres du Lavandou, du joli village provençal de Bormes Les Mimosas et à seulement 30 km du Golfe de Saint Tropez.. Elle offre une surface de 200 M2 climatisée avec piscine, tout équipée et tout confort. Elle est composée d'un salon avec cuisine Américaine, 4 chambres avec salle de bains et toilettes privatives. Vous avez plusieurs terrasses où vous délasser, où vous restaurer afin de profiter des différentes expositions de la villa. Les photos actuelles publiées correspondent à la situation géographique et à l'environnement. Les photos de la villa, de l'intérieur, de la piscine et des différentes terrasses et vues de la villa, arriveront le 9 juin car les travaux de finition sont en cours, cette dernière étant neuve. De ce fait, une offre spéciale sur les tarifs en juillet est appliquée.

Stunning Property with views to match!Jerome and Nathalie were perfect hosts, helping and responsive when we needed.The property is perfectly situated with two stunning views, that you really don't know where to look first.it was immaculate throughout and clearly really well built and maintained.We visited with our two older boys and one teenager, none of whom were bored with two beaches, running and cycling trails and restaurants all within walking distance.thank you Jerome and Nathalie!
