Vue imprenable sur la mer

Bel appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© face Ă  la mer avec un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage, et sa transversalitĂ© permet de bĂ©nĂ©ficier du soleil le matin face Ă  la mer et l’aprĂšs midi de l' autre cotĂ©. NĂ©anmoins petit bĂ©mol sur l'isolation phonique : on entend Ă©normĂ©ment les voisins. L'ameublement y est rustique et notamment dans la cuisine qu'il faudrait complĂštement refaire, ainsi que les sols. La salle d'eau est correcte, ainsi que les literies. Le mĂ©nage avait moyennement Ă©tĂ© fait, c'Ă©tait propre mais sans plus; nous avons retrouvĂ© des emballages de papier entre le four et le mur. Toutefois, cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un excellent sĂ©jour.

vue magnifique

parking privĂ© ; vue magnifique et salle de bain rĂ©cente sont les points fort de cette location malheureusement le reste n'est pas au mĂȘme niveau . vĂ©tustĂ© ( mobilier formica des annĂ©es 70 ) ; propretĂ© loin d'ĂȘtre au top; sable dans le salon ; lave vaisselle plein avec vaisselle sale a nĂŽtre arrivĂ©e ; idem pour la machine a laver avec les tapis a l'intĂ©rieur ; isolation phonique inexistante gĂąchent un peu le tableau nous avons nĂ©anmoins passĂ© de bonnes vacances mais un effort de la gĂ©rance serait la bienvenue au niveau propretĂ© ainsi peut-ĂȘtre qu'un prix revu un peu a la baisse vu le niveau de l'appartement
