We had a wonderful pre-cruise stay at Mercure Le Havre Centre! Great location! We arrived from Paris via train and the hotel was a short walk (10 minutes with 2 large luggage) from the station. On the day of embarkation, we walked to the the cruise terminal (20 minutes on a beautiful sunny day!) The staff was absolutely Super! The room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom! And the breakfast was as good as you'll find anywhere with numerous options! We definitely look forward to returning!

Our first room had a problem; they relocated us without a problem. Second room was great and the view nicer too. They area around the hotel (streets) is under construction but it is not too loud nor inconvenient for walking.

Parkeerplaats zeer beperkt in hoogte en plaats, moeilijk bereikbaar en onhandig met gevaarlijke trap naar hotel vanuit de parking. Ontbijt slecht, vuil en veel te weinig plaats. De douche heeft geen debiet dus meer druppels dan straal. Gordijnen hingen maar half omhoog, tapijt op de vloer en in het algemeen niet netjes. Onvriendelijke bediening. Het hotel is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Wij waren blij te kunnen vertrekken.

Hôtel vieillissant. Ne mérite pas 4 étoiles! Sauf la superficie de la chambre. Parking difficile d'accès, il faut passer entre les poubelles. Pas d'accès direct par ascenseur, mais par un escalier. Dans l'hôtel deux ascenseurs poussifs limités à trois personnes ! Prestations de petit déjeuner honnêtes mais qu'on trouve aussi dans un Ibis! Emplacement central, personnel aimable mais cela demande une reconstruction complète!

Bonne adresse

Très bon accueil. Nous avons pu prendre nos chambres des notre arrivée à 12h. Chambre vaste avec très grand lit, petite salle de bain fonctionnelle, très bien Déjeuner de bonne qualité. Divers distractions à l’accueil baby-foot géant, billard anglais, bar sympa. Petite terrasse au soleil. Bon emplacement pour rayonner.

Pas à la hauteur du nombre d’étoiles

Hôtel vieillissant. Insonorisation inexistante, j’ai eu l impression de dormir sur le pallier. Heureusement j’étais loin des ascenseurs L’eco responsabilite! = pas de bouteille dans les chanvres. Pas de fontaine à eau sur le palier. Mais de quoi se ravitailler à l’accueil qui prête des bouteilles …. Sur demande! Inutile de dire qu une fois que vous êtes couchés vous ne vous rhabillez pas!

Ménage dans la chambre insuffisant : cheveux dans la salle de bains, poussière sur la moquette et les plinthes. Rideaux troués. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Pas de café avec la bouilloire, thé uniquement. Trop chaud la nuit sans possibilité de régler le chauffage. Pas digne d’un Mercure, bien trop cher.
