Wir sind mit 3 Kindern Anfang Juli angereist. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, nicht weit weg vom Strand und Geschäften aber trotzdem ruhig. Man hört keinen Verkehr außer dass ab und zu ein Boot vorbei kommt. Nachts hört man von einem Club gegenüber des Hafenbeckens etwas Basswummern. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist super, direkt bei der Wohnung. Wir hatten ein Motorboot dabei und dafür ist die Wohnung absolut perfekt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und Hell, die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, das Bad hat eine super Dusche, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Zur Sauberkeit. Man darf kein 5 Sterne Niveau erwarten, in der Dusche ein wenig Schimmel, auf der Terrasse immer etwas Sand wegen Ameisen, insgesamt ist die Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen und es scheint sich niemand so wirklich darum zu kümmern. Unten sind die Betten kaputt, die Handtuchstange im Bad ist etwas locker u.s.w. Unsere Familie ist da nicht besonders pingelig von daher war das alles für uns kein Problem. 4 Sterne von uns wegen der tollen Lage und Liegeplatz für das Boot

Même si nous avions depuis des années louer cet appartement. La il devient vraiment vieillissant. Le barbecue est HS . Les literies en bas et en haut à changer . Les prises cuisines se décollent. La propreté est à revoir dès notre arrivée.

avis très favorable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, appartement super.. seul bémol que les toilettes soient à l'étage. nous avons rendu l'appart plus propre que nous l'avons trouvé en arrivant.. Sac de l'aspi plein, cheveux et poils de chien dans le siphon de la douche, la tige de sécurité de la baie vitrée non mise. Cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y retourner. C'est juste une constatation. Nos prédécesseurs n'avaient pas consulté les consignes placardées à la porte d'entrée.

Proximité de la plage. dans une marina

Il est nécessaires d'avoir une voiture pour les grands achats pour la subsistance. La place de parking avec l'appartement était appréciée. L'appartement est au soleil tout l'après-midi, la chambre au premier étage était surchauffée en fin de journée. Nous avons utilisé les deux lits au rez-chaussé, les matelas sont très usés, ils font le creux au centre., très inconfortable.

très agréable

un logement très agréable, il y a de l'espace, bien équipé, bien situé, nous y étions au mois d'avril donc plutôt calme (en été je ne sais pas.....) Couché de soleil sur la terrasse très sympa! 1 ou 2 stores compliqués à utiliser mais problème signalé, un des matelas en bas à changer je pense( très mou)... la VMC de la salle de bain (neuve et belle) est très bruyante par contre...bon ça nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour!

Bonjour, location propre et bien équipée avec appontement devant la marina quelques soucis avec la réception TV , certains stores ou baies difficiles à ouvrir une mauvaise odeur dans la chambre du haut et des travaux de recherche de fuite du syndic dans les étages supérieurs sans information préalable à part cela accueil sympa de l'Agence
