"The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal."

"Our telephone calls were not answered when we arrived at the property. It was necessary to walk to the owners address to obtain access to the apartment. A lady took us to the apartment and gave us helpful information. We never did meet the owner Robert T. Being on the top floor we were plagued with seagulls on the roof at 03.00 every morning so a good nights sleep was impossible. The toilet was in a room no bigger than a cupboard with a large immersion heater directly over the toilet seat."

"C’est l’appartement à louer pour les minis famille ( 2 adultes + 1 enfant et + 1 bébé maximum). L’emplacement est idéal: plage en face, à droite accès à pied au Seaquarium et baby land. A gauche centre commercial avec boulangerie et animation le soir ! L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. On aurait apprécié avoir des vélos en plus. On a adoré avoir des ventilateurs pour rendre la nuit plus fraîche! La piscine est un gros plus! A louer et re louer!"

"Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll ist die Nähe zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das einzige kleine Manko war der verstopfte Abfluss bei der Dusche, der zu kleinen Überschwemmungen im Bad geführt hat. Aber das war nicht so tragisch."

"The flat is in a nice quiet corner of town, it's compact and well furnished. However... The documents and communications were all in French (we only speak English & Italian) as were the TV channels- no international options here. There was a £50 charge for the loan of towels & bedsheets, and another for the (nominal) cleaning needed after we vacated. On top of that the wifi (if the password isn't too long for your device- it was for my wife's phone) is more like 3/4 wifi. It kicks out often you...

As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. "Lovely host the house was clean spacious and had all we needed , the only negative was the beach that was near ! Was much further than stated , lots of mosquitos but the beautiful flamingos made up for it"
