Appartamento i gnerale ben tenuto. Qualche maniglia di finestra non ben funzionante da me segnalata. Mi è stato risposto che provvederanno alla manutenzione. Durante il mio soggiorno non è successo però. Bellissima posizione della casa e molto comodo il box. Vicino alla spiaggia e al centro.

BonsoirNous avons malheureusement des choses à redire sur l'appartement.La remise des clés et le dépsrt se sont roulés sans problèmes, le personnel est très gentil et compétent.Mais l'appartement...Sur le mur de la terrasse, il y a 2 grands ventilateurs électriques qui font tellement de bruit pendant la journée et la nuit qu'on peut pas dormir...Le verre de la porte de la terrasse était sale, tout comme l'intérieur des armoires de la cuisine et les coussins sur les chaises...dégulasse...Ensuite, ce que nous n'avons pas trouver correct, dans la description de l'appartement, il est indiqué qu'il y a un four dans la cuisine mais il s'agit d'une micro- ondes.....je trouve que cela ne vas pas du tout....informationserronées....Les locataires doivent payer 111 euro pour le nettoyage final....et on se retrouve dans un appartement qui n'est pas toute à fait propre...On a l'impression que le propriétaire veut juste empocher de l'argent...Et croyez- moi, nous avions déjà séjourné dans de nombreux appartements et maisons de vacances...La salle de bains et la chambre étaient bon!Bon, j'espère que le propriétaire va lire ceci et peut- être changer certaines choses, sinon ; dommsge pour les prochaines personnes qui passeront leur vacsnces là- bss.....sur des chaises de terrasses avec une table psrtiellement rouillée....Bon

Nous avons été bien orientés pour l’accueil. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Un petit cadeau d’accueil nous attendait.

Propreté correcte - tarifs pas suffisamment clairs
Nous avons réservé un séjour et le tarif affiché sur booking ne correspond pas au tarif finalement facturé.
Certes nous avons été informé par mail qu'il faudrait payer en plus pour le ménage et la location des draps, mais s'agissant d'une réservation sans possibilité d'annuler on était un peu coincé.

Excellent choice
Well placed for the beach and access to town. The apartment is modern and well equipped, comfortable bed, good shower and extremely quiet. The garage is an added bonus!!
