Le logement : Grande maison familiale au calme à proximité de la plage des Allassins (spot de surf) se composant d’une très grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée et aménagée ouverte sur le séjour (plaque gaz et vitrocéramique, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, four élec, micro-ondes), d’une arrière cuisine avec lave-linge et congélateur. D’une première chambre avec deux couchages ( 140), d’une seconde chambre deux couchages (140), d’une salle de bain avec baignoire, WC indépendant, d’une troisième chambre avec 2 couchages ( canapés lit), WC indépendant et d'une salle d'eau. A l’étage, quatrième chambre avec 5 couchages ( 2x140 et 1x90). En extérieur, grand jardin clos avec SPA canadien 5 places sous véranda, terrasse. Parking dans la propriété.

Le plus de cette location à la mer : Très grande maison située au calme, idéal pour se ressourcer, SPA à disposition, jardin arboré.

Ménage inclus.

Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre).

Propreté médiocre mais emplacement correct

Propreté du logement à revoir, moisi dans la salle d'eau, vitres barbouillées, ménage fait à la va vite, toiles d'araignée, prise de courant bouchée avec du papier WC, pas de Vmc dans la salle d'eau(donc moisi), écoulement du lavabo dans l salle d'eau se fait dans la douche, pas de rangements dans la salle d'eau. Manque 1 salle d'eau pour un logement accueillant autant d'occupants. Vaisselle sale à l'arrivée, crasse sur les fenêtres, réfrigérateur (nous avons dû replacer le joint pour l'étanchéité de la porte), sable dans le Spa... Sinon endroit propice à la détente et accès plage rapide et facile. Literie relativement confortable (mais odeur de moisi sur les draps après retrait de ceux-ci).. Un bon coup de ménage (et un vrai) est à effectuer et des travaux de mise en conformité à prévoir. Si un prestataire de nettoyage est engagé, revoir leur sérieux!
