The hotel provided everything that we needed for our short skiing trip - free on-site parking, a ski room, comfortable beds, hearty breakfast. All this just a short walk from the gondola station."

The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free. "This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....
