"This is a nice and spacious house in a nice part of the Pouliguen. We stayed with my 3 teenage children and 4 adults. The balcony is really nice and useful for long and lovely lunches or dinners, the kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to use and the laundry facilities means that you have nothing to worry about when staying for longer periods. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing all the information you could wish for. re: the location, you are very close to a beach, 25 minute walk to the Pouliguen centre where mulitple times a week you have a market, you are a 40 minute walk to the centre of Batz-sur-mer and a lovely harbour, you are 5 minute by car from a Super market for all your food and petrol needs, and you can easily go on little day trips, either by renting e-bikes or by car. All in all, we had an amazing holiday. I can recommend the house, the location and the owners. "

"Location opposite main rail line was excellent -although had safety incident with car which local police handled excellently Worse aspect of stay was the constant bad smell of damp in our room Otherwise good "

"It feels like an online rental (Ax..). Minimum support, minimum interaction. Take your key from a lock box, take you trash out when leaving, thank you. No clean up, minimum attention on site. We didn't experienced the spa... if you want and appart close to beaches and shopping, this is a spot for you. Good pool. Large garden space. Well connected."

"Tiny home but comfortablenand located closely to the beach. The absence of some essentials in the house make it more accommodating for longer stays where you can travel with more stuff. The kitchen is tiny, but well equipped. "
