"I was traveling with my family — two adults and two small children (a 2-year-old and a 6-month-old) — and booked a double room, as I’ve done many times in other hotels without issue. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that having four people in a double room was not allowed. "Pros - beautiful junior suite very comfy bed , lovely gardens and pool , stylish property Cons - having paid nearly €400 for a room I expected to be be able to reserve a table in their Michelin * restaurant- this is why we booked / unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked so this was not possible - gutted ! They did recommend a restaurant locally which we tried and it was the worst meal of our trip :( So please check restaurant availability before you book a room "
