Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place."

"This hotel is right behind Mt. Blanc. Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. This is a great place just to relax. Not boring, but just a great hotel in a great place. You won’t go wrong here. "

"Our flight arrived late. We tried calling the hotel several times to let them know we would arrive after 11pm. There was no answer. Upon arrival just after midnight, there was no lights on outdoors or indoors. It was very dark. I rang the bell/intercom, it answered and said leave a message. I ended up sleeping in my car infront the hotel. When it got light I checked and again nobody was in the reception. At 745am somebody opened the door, I asked he if worked there he said no, he hasn't seen...

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. There is a market nearby and the main part of town is just a 20 minute walk away, where the official start of the TMB, the Tour du Mont Blanc is. The staff was accommodating and...
