"Room was on the 3rd floor with reduced headroom due to the sloping roof. Disappointing there was no tea/coffee provided in the room & the television didn’t work. Plus points were the cleanliness and location."

"Cozy room with a peaceful atmosphere. Our family of four found the room surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were lots of toys for our toddler to play with, which made her feel right at home, and the host even went out of his way to give her a thoughtful little parting gift before we left. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again."

"The breakfast was hands down, the best! The staff was constantly refilling the items on the large buffet. My daughter has celiac and had to ask if a few things were gluten free and one staff member gave her all of the ingredient details and reassured us as his daughter has the same diagnosis. The food was super fresh and there was a very nice variety. "

"Sadly, it was the worst experience ever we have had. 1. When we have booked the owner did not mention that we would be living on basement. Besides, the photos were not clear 2. Condition: the basement was damp, smelly like mould everywhere, poor lighting, broken boiler in the kitchen, water leaking from it continuously (even though the landlord put some rolled cotton mats, but kitchen was still wet and slippery 3. Toilet: There was only one toilet at the basement. Did not flush water well and smelling very badly when being flushed. Most importantly the toilet is inside the second bedroom at the entrance separated with curtains. Imagine if you share this basement with another couple/family it would not be great and will be disturbing especially at night 4. We had 2 little kids and I explained the wet floor would be risky for them but the landlord did not agree to that and claiming he was waiting for insurance company to come and sort out the boiler on out day two but never came until our last day 5. Because of smells (damp and mouldy) we could not stay there on first night and stayed somewhere else 6. After agreeing to the issues, landlord offered us to move into two rooms in two different floors (first and second) with access to toilet and shower on second floor 7. The landlord did not feel the basement was a problem and never apologised 8. If you book in future, please ask landlord first where you will be staying. If it is basement, I would not recommend at all."
