Niet doen

Buitenkant, tuin, zwembad en huis op zich goed maar inrichting verder onder de maat. Geldt voor bedden, bijv maar 1 wijnglas!! en we hebben veel gedoe met borg die wordt verrekend met een kapot ligbed wat wij absoluut niet hebben gedaan. al met al slecht door afwikkeling borg!!

Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat das nicht gehalten wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Die Bilder die ich gesehen habe war nicht das was ich vorgefunden habe. Beide Wohneinheiten sind so runterkommen. Es muss unbedingt renoviert werden das kann man so nicht lassen. Der Garten ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Man konnte ohne Schuh nicht laufen. Der Pool war nicht sauber denn habe ich dann erst einmal sauber gemacht. Auch die BĂ€der sind in einem schlechten Zustand.

Das Haus ist „in die Jahre“ gekommen. Reparaturstatus an allen Ecken. Die Außenanlagen sind nur lieblos gepflegt, der Rasen an manchen Stellen lĂŒckenhaft und lehmig. Das Haus war nicht sorgfĂ€ltig gereinigt. Die Badezimmer wurden zwar neu gefliest, sind aber recht klein. MĂŒckenschutzgitter an den Fenstern waren teilweise defekt oder fehlten ganz. TĂŒren zu den BĂ€dern ließen sich teilweise nicht abschließen. Wasch- und SpĂŒlmaschinen lieferten unbefr. Ergebn. Staubsauger u. Besen Fehlanzeige.

Cool spot, lacking in some amenities

This was a great place for two families and grandparents. We were super close to Gardaland, which was why we chose this area. Just a quick and beautiful drive up to the walled city of Lazise (where the rental office is), and we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this little city. The house itself seemed like it hadn’t been used for some time.... was a bit musty and closed up tight, could have used a good air out before our arrival, perhaps requesting this would help. Also, remember to order towels and linens if you need them, otherwise they won’t be available to you. Sheets and towels came wrapped in plastic, I’m sure to ensure their cleanliness, but we did have to make our own beds up, so be prepared for that. Kids enjoyed the pool some, but was a bit chilly! After a rainy day the mosquitos really came out and ate us all! Bring bug spray! The kitchen sink and the shower in the basement apartment didn’t drain, but when the rental agency was called they did come take care of the issue right away. Only one wine opener for both apartments.... one decent knife for both apartments, and one tiny cutting board in each kitchen left a bit to be desired. We were provided one roll of toilet paper per apartment and not a whole lot else in the way of necessities, so had to purchase these items. All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this area, and the house accommodated us just fine.

FĂŒr einen Gruppenurlaub mit Fr...

FĂŒr einen Gruppenurlaub mit Freunden hat die Villa die richtige GrĂ¶ĂŸe und Umgebung. Freizeitpark ab und zu hörbar. BĂ€der renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, Pool super. Leider kein direkter Seezugang, sondern 5–10 Minuten bis zu einer Badestelle laufen. Insgesamt gut! Reisetipps: Gardaland direkt nebenan. Ein Besuch in Sirmione ist zu empfehlen, genau wie ein Ausflug mit einem Motorboot.
