Regarda - Countryhouse Nocino 2 in the middle of Lake Garda vineyards

Typical semi-detached country house located in the countryside of Lazise, amidst vineyards and olive trees, approximately 5 km from the historic centre and the lake.

The Countryhouse "Nocino 2" can accommodate up to 6 people and is developed on two floors with a convenient covered terrace overlooking a green private garden where you can sunbathe thanks to the available sunbeds or relax in the shade of the olive tree reading a nice book. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, 4-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and American coffee machine, dining table with chairs and characteristic straw benches. The living room is enriched by a fireplace (decorative, not usable), a single sofa bed (suitable for children), a TV (no sat) and two bedrooms, both equipped with individual air conditioning: a spacious double room with wardrobe and windows overlooking the garden, and a small room with bunk bed and single bed. On the first floor, there is also a windowed bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and hairdryer available to guests.

The apartment overlooks the vineyards and the Garda hills, offering a charming view. The rustic house has two uncovered parking spaces reserved in the court adjacent to the dwelling. WiFi available for guests. Small pets allowed upon request. Non-smoking apartment.

Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden immer gerne wieder kommen und bei regarda buchen. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein richtig schöner Urlaub!
