The Space:
Newly finished basement Queen room w/private TV, located in mountainside neighborhood. Feel like you're getting away for the evening while minutes from attractions like Hill AFB 10min, Lagoon amusement 15min, Downtown SLC 30min, Salt Lake Airport 35 min, Snowbasin Resort 25 min, & more! 2 other bed rooms and 1 bath, as well as shared common spaces may be booked by other quests.
Shared bath w/1 other room & your room has private hooks for personal items. Family room w/Smart TV, & kitchen for your use. 2 other guest rooms, so if you meet other guests, say hello as they're always great!
Your room (C) has outlets with USB ports by the beds just in case you forget your wall charger. Also, each TV has a roku connected allowing you to connect with your favorite streaming services. Additionally, we've provided access to a media server with over 1000 movies and thousands of songs for you to enjoy.

Good stay
Place is in a great, safe area, plenty of parking on the right side of the home off the street. Park, go downstairs to one of the (3) individual locked bedrooms. I came late and left early for work so never saw or heard other guests. For me, this was perfect since I just needed a bed to crash and shower. Very polite owners. Great coffee joint on the East side of Hwy 89. I'd stay again.

I like the area. What I didn't like is that the Host did not inform us that the house or the room rather we had spelled like animal piss dog piss to be exact and the smell was horrible. The host knew about this and failed to tell us and when we asked them to compensate us or change a room they did not. It was a very bad experience the house smelled horrible the room was in bad sheep and I tried to reason with the host to at least reimburse me the $20 cleaning fee because the room was dirty and smelt very very bad and as of yet they have not compensated me for the cleaning fee which by right they should have they should have giving us a free night based on the fact that they knew the room was in horrible condition and yet did not tell us in hopes that we wouldn't mind it at all. I would have left a great review if not for this and for the fact that I tried to reason with the host and they ignored my plea to try and compensate us of to me is the right thing to do especially when you knew the room was in bad shape and you failed to let your guests know by right they should have automatically offered us a different room or allowed us a free state all I asked for was a reimbursement of the cleaning fee and I am still requesting that they reimburse me the cleaning fee which is the right thing to do the extra charges on top of the two nights is what they should reimburse me.

Not what you’re looking for!! Stay away
The VRBO description is completely false. Which we found out the day before we got there. They showed a picture of one side of a completed fence, no mention that the fence was broken (literally half missing). We have three dogs mind you, which is why we chose a place with a fenced in backyard. Also… the owners live above you which was a shock to read in a text as we were already booked and unable to get our money back… oh and it gets worse. Its a room rental situation with other people renting the other rooms right next to you! No privacy and you all share a super small bathroom! Shocker, that ALSO wasn’t mentioned in the description. Once we arrived, our dogs ran all over the place, I got major anxiety because of the location, fence, bathroom, and small shared spaces! It wasn't what was described or told to me at all!! Long story short, we didn’t stay there! NOT A SINGLE NIGHT! So, I reached out to Clayton, to try and explain everything and see if we can at least split the cost, meaning Id still lose half my money but its better than nothing… and he completely ghosted me! He was fine with communication before we arrived to try and salvage what we discovered, but once we decided not to stay and try and get half the payment back… crickets! Still no response and its been over a week since we’ve been back. If he communicated and work with me on half refund (since we didn't stay a single night), I would have not written this review. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
