This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. Beautiful but room for improvement
The location was right across from a nice beach (driving distance to get to). Very quiet and peaceful. The indoor furnishings were nice and the inside bright with lots of windows. Suggestions for improvement: leaving more towels would be appreciated rather than just 1 per person for the whole stay; extra bed pillows (as the ones there were limp and not comfortable); instructions on how to change and use the water filter; provisions such as laundry soap, bug spray, water in the filter were all pretty much empty; bedrooms lacked adequate storage for longer term stays and the shower had nowhere to put soap, shampoo etc except on the floor. The bbq hasn’t been cleaned in awhile (I scraped off the last persons food off the grill) and I wanted to windex the whole outside but there was no paper towels or cleaning solution.

Beautiful location. The view was spectacular; million dollar views was a great description. Close to Lawrencetown beach, which did not disappoint. The well water was significantly discoloured and off-putting but not unsafe to ingest. The owner was quick to respond and made an effort to correct the problem. Minimal amenities, but had most of the basics. I would book here again, and also would recommend to others.
