The property was not cleaned from previous guest's stay. Pile of dirty laundry in living room floor, dirty kitchen counter tops, trash not removed, bathroom not cleaned, no sheets on beds and beds unmade.

This quaint apartment had everything my family needed while in town to watch the KU Texas football game and visit our oldest daughter.

Probably not best for families
Downstairs neighbors sang karaoke loudly 1st night but owner/property manager did come ask them to quiet down which helped. They were back at it the 2nd night but stopped on their own around 10. The building smelled of Marijuana but the apartment we were in did not. Thought the place seemed pretty clean but found an article of clothing under the chair cushion.
