Thank you Eva for a warm welcome! Most comfortable bed on our week long trip in Europe. Excellent location for strolling around the beautiful streets of Bruges. Great value hotel, comfortable, great service and local advice. Room was a little spartan a few decorative touches would have made it feel cosier. Parking is limited but the hotel kindly accommodated our late request.

The included breakfast was advertised as continental, but there was also bacon, scrambled egg and sausage available every day too (stayed a week). Pity there was no tea or coffee in the rooms, but we were aware of that, so took our own travel kettle. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the room was clean with the most comfy beds. Located on the main market square in Bruges, it couldn't be more central. We were in room 2 at the back of the hotel so heard absolutely no noise from the surrounding area. Parking is at de Beikopf to the rear of the hotel. It's covered public parking with a daily charge of 17 Euros (May 2026). Getting to it wasn't too bad, but you really must research the one-way street system before you arrive.....and again for your route out of town.

This was a very expensive stay for what it is. In fact the price went up €30 whilst I was booking. The room was basic, the bathroom smelled and the two small windows were high up, making the room rather dark. The advantage is the location.
