It has its own patio, grill, outdoor shower, parking etc. Lavallette is an amazing private beach with lifeguards. Beach badges are included. Lavallette, NJ is a small Jersey Shore town that that is one of the best if not THE BEST one can vacation at. It has a beautiful wide clean ocean beach with a boardwalk that runs the length of the town at the ocean. Additionally, it has a large bayfront recreation area with fishing/crabbing piers, gazebo for weekly concerts, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and two bay swimming beaches. The town has it's own small shopping center with restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc. And the street this home is located on is a quiet, family friendly one that has great neighbors.
