"This rental was exactly what was needed for our family following a funeral mass and celebration of life for my mother. The house was beautifully furnished and perfectly laid out to allow for adult children separate spaces to gather. The location was ideal, as well. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was a stress-free enjoyment with the included beach wagon, chairs and cooler. No car needed! "

"Great property and location one block away from the beach with plenty of bedrooms. Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. "

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."
