It's BIN real!!
The Bins are nestled against the hillside in a beautiful farming valley far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful but close enough to town to enjoy the food, fun, hot springs, and shops. We rented the largest of the three units for our girl’s weekend, the two-story unit was perfect for the four of us to spend two nights. We enjoyed waking up to some of the most beautiful sunrises enjoying coffee by the firepit and magnificent sunsets looking up at the stars and enjoying each other’s company. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a recharge!

Beautiful Lava Location
We had a wonderful time staying at the Bins. The views were very nice and the property itself was enjoyable. My husband and I stayed in the queen rooms with our infant son and our friends stayed in the master. The beds were okay for comfort but I would have liked a heavier quilt option. The bench seats around the table were a bit uncomfortable and there was no washer and dryer. We traveled from Wisconsin and visited the hot springs twice. We had to get creative with drying our swimsuits between and had to get creative when packing, as there was no way to wash our clothing when there. When long distance traveling to a VRBO, I will be paying closer attention to the washer and dryer or lack of. That being said, the kitchen was perfect, the layout was perfect, the style was fun and fresh. We used the firepit every morning. Appreciated all other amenities.

Perfect!
Honestly, this is the first time I have used VRBO or any vacation rental, but for a get together in a nearby town, I needed a space that would accommodate members from my family driving and flying in. The Bins looked great, and there is nothing in the advertising that is not spot-on! It was a perfect place, with loads of parking, no issues of being too noisy for neighbors, just far enough from the choas of Lava Hot Springs tourist areas. I had a couple of extra persons staying for a night, and Lindi Wixom, whom I assume is the owner, made sure I had a couple of sleeping pads available for that. My daughters and their families were very impressed. Thank you, Lindi.

Fun, clean, peaceful gem in beautiful setting!
This was the perfect place for our three-generation road trip to visit my dad's old stomping grounds of Soda Springs. We loved every minute we spent at the bins. Fun place to hang out and explore in it's own right. Beautiful country walks and drives right out the door. Quiet, peaceful. Owners have quality beds, bedding, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Beautifully decorated as shown in photos. Really everything we needed and a really enjoyable place a very short drive away from the fun activities found in Lava. We loved returning throughout the day to regroup and rest before adventuring again. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We would return in a heartbeat!

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time staying the The Bins while we visited Idaho. The house was perfect for our family of 6. I love that in was a little out of town and away from the busy area. We will definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends.

Amazing family reunion at the bins
We loved our family reunion at the bins! Grandparents with their 5 adult kids and the adult kids families. The bins were clean, extra bedding provided for our large group. Beach towels for us to take to the pool. Large open area for our kids to explore and be safe all weekend!

Fun Family Vacation
We went up to Lava for a few days last week. It was such a fun place to stay and so close to downtown Lava. The big bin we stayed in was a very nice property and looked to be cared for well. We had a great stay and our whole family was very comfortable. We were impressed with the space that it provided and the many amenities as well. I will definitely recommend it to others.

So unique and great location
We stayed in the Big Bin and loved having lots of room for our family of three. They are very generous with towels and coffee supplies and the unit was immaculate. The beds are super comfy and the showers were great. We loved being so close to the hot pools and Main Street where we highly recommend breakfast at 78 Main. It was one of the best we’ve ever had! Very beautiful area and super cute/clever design of the silos. Highly recommend! 10/10

We had the best time staying in “The Bins” during spring break! The host is beyond accommodating and all of the little amenities were incredible. We honestly had more fun hanging in “The Bins” eating Royal Pizza and playing games than we had at the hot springs 😂 We can’t wait to come back!

My family of 6 LOVE this property! My husband and I are so curious to the build we want to look into something like this ourselves! The bedding is amazing, I loved that they left so many extra towels - my family uses them in abundance! It literally feels like home away from home! Only small suggestion I have - the address.. I wish I was more informed about the area, the street name has Google taking you right to that road with snow blockage. It was confusing. I just suggest that it be more stressed in the welcome email that you need to take Merrick St. or you may get stuck in snow! (For winter guests). I think the fully furnished kitchen is hands down the best amenity! (Or the massive tv’s I can’t decide lol) With a big family we were able to take food to the bins, cook, and save a little money on going out. Will definitely be coming back!!

It’s just as charming as it looks
We have been going to lava Hot Springs as long as I can remember, but it was always just a day trip because there weren’t great accommodations nearby. That all changed when The Bins arrived. They are within just a few minutes of the Hot Springs. Every detail was thought through and felt inviting, clean, and comfortable. Looking forward to enjoying The Bins with my family for years to come. -Definitely book this place. Just don’t book it when I’m trying to go. 🤪
