"Location was perfect and close to all public transportation. He had a problem with a lot of noise from the street on our first night and the staff was very helpful and amenable to getting us transferred to a new room for the rest of our stay. The staff was extremely responsible on everything we needed."

"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."

"Excellent place to live. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and has access to so many restaurants. They have a parking garage and was easily accessible which made our lives simpler. The hotel staff were amazing and were always ready to help. They all speak English and are truly very understanding. "

"The view of the lake and the mountains is incredible. A short 5 minutes walk to the train and also a mini beach just after the train station. Will stay here again. The restaurant next door - Restaurant Masaniello - serves really good food too. As other guests have mentioned, there is some problem with the hairdryer. In my case it works for 30 seconds then it stopped. After putting it down for 1 minute it functions again for a short time. and repeat... Besides that, not all charging...

Helpful and Welcoming front desk team and cafe staff. Good breakfast. Clean room and hardworking housekeeping. Nice view from the room. Highly recommend this place if you want to spend few days in beautiful Lausanne."
