Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and dinner was great as well. Metro station is minutes away and there was easy access to transportation. Would recommend.

The rooms were very comfortable and the climate control was good. There was no minifridge to keep my food in, unfortunately. The bathroom was spacious and modern.

Excellent choice

Decent hotel located above the subway stop + a short 10 minute subway ride into downtown Lausanne. Plenty of parking. Free subway ticket for duration of stay. Room was pleasantly cool during heatwave. No complaints, aside from the somewhat pricy onsite dining options.

Amazing. Had everything we were looking for in our stay. XL room is excellent for facilities. Staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Game room is great for kids. Super convenient parking. Super clean. Aquarium access right from the hotel along with your discount for staying at the hotel. We were very very satisfied. Only thing I’d say is restaurant hours are a little restrictive on weekdays, but otherwise, I couldn’t ask for better, and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sehr geräumiges und gut geschnittenes Zimmer. Leider zwei Einzelbetten statt dem angegebenen Queenbett erhalten; gute Matratzen. Wunderbare Anbindung an die Metro. Lausanne Ticket war inklusive - perfekt, Teilweise etwas hellhörig (Türbewegungen, Schritte oberhalb). Eine Wand und der Türrahmen waren an kleinen Stellen mit Lippenstift oder Ähnlichem angemalt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll und empfehlenswert!! Sie liegt ein wenig außerhalb - zu Fuß ist leider nichts machbar, aber dafür hat man die Metro direkt vor dem Haus.

Very nice staff let down by a substandard hotel. No aircon in the rooms. It was 33c when we stayed and our room was boiling all night. There is some kind of ventilation system but it was weaker than a hand fan bought from Temu. Weirdly the communal areas (hall, restaurant etc.) were cool and seem to have aircon. The staff kindly gave us an electric fan which helped a bit, but we barely slept. There is no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We have just spent 10 weeks travelling around Europe and have never come across such a lack of amenities. On the plus side every single one of the staff are really nice and professional.
