"To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text. I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in. Once in the property, things didn't really improve. "From checking in to checking out the staff were always polite and helpfu. The room was very clean apart from a small cobweb in a small corner in the bathroom, but it didn’t detract from the cleanliness of the rest of the room."

"It was difficult to stop by the hotel in a car, but once I had been dropped off and went in, the hotel the staff could not have been more helpful personally showing me to the underground car park. Dinner was fine for my husband, but I had to settle for just chips, as the menu was heavy on spicy choices, but the chips were some of the best I had ever eaten and the staff were very accommodating in getting me a roll to eat with them. Breakfast was good plenty of choices and hot. Would define stay there again."

"The kitchen and the bar people were very helpful . The reception staff were all great but check in person could have been better . Overall experience good . The telephone in the room was not working and inspite of bringing to the attention of the front desk people , it never got fixed during our one night stay"

"Stayed in the Space themed room, one of the few rooms with air conditioning though it was a really hot day and it wasn’t especially effective. However, overall the experience was excellent with a wonderful breakfast, excellent complimentary coffee/tea in rooms and quality toiletries in the bathroom. Will happily stay again, though hopefully it won’t be quite as hot next time!"
