"The staff was amazing. I want to start there but the fact this hotel is open during a major renovation is trash. There was sinks and toilets around the building, and in our first room we had a friggin sink in the middle of the bed. We were told no discounters, to either deal with it or leave. But the staff was fn amazing and the only reason I don’t sue."

"Staff were friendly, room was much bigger than I expected. Got an end room 2 bedroom suite which was much larger than what I booked considering we were just a couple staying there. Having said that, the hotel looks like it could use some updating inside, the halls smelled strongly of cleaners when we arrived but most had dissipated by morning. Only complaint about the room was that the blinds were thin and didn’t blackout the light and the AC was quite loud, these issues may have been unique to the room we stayed in. All in all decent value"

"No frills or thrills. Dirty floors and dirty feeling. Peep hole on the door was just a hole that could be seen through on inside and out, had to put tissue paper in the hole. Breakfast was a joke…there was none. At least Waffle House and Cracker Barrel next to it. Close to hwy 40 and Piercy Priest Lake is about the only good thing. The young woman working that evening I checked in was a delight to correspond with. Just a place to sleep, shower and leave."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spotless, the amenities were well-kept, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff provided excellent service and made check-in and check-out seamless. I would gladly return in the future"
