I appreciate the free tickets to increase our enjoyment over an issue through Expedia and not specifically the hotel. I feel like the tower and pool bar we got over charged? Bucket of drinks should be the six drinks, not 5 as it misleads when a person sees six spots on the bucket, but only get 5 drinks. Not cool! Staff have always been amazing. It be nice to pay an extra $15-20 to get guaranteed early check in, at like some other hotels.

Did not leave enough towels etc for our room of 4. Smelled of smoke. Had trouble cooling the room. Window was dirty. Soaps etc were poor quality. Enjoyed the PT food and Nune pizza. Valets were very good.

The staff was not consistent or transparent about how your room is selected upon check-in. Also there seems to be an issue with requesting a room with a view of the strip. How this is possible in Vegas I have no idea. You wiuld think a hotel that's been around as long as The Strat would have accommodations in plave to give their guests a room with a view of the strip upon request. It didn't seem to be any way to request this even is you wanted to pay for an upgrade. Was told by a supervisor this was an error of sorts by the system. Wouldn't recommend a multi night stay here if you're really trying to get "The Full Vegas Experience."

First of all I was going to give an excellent rating up to the last day…we were hounded about checking out at 11 am starting the night before, then by text two more times in the morning, this was before 9am. We asked for late checkout paid 50.00 extra to stay until 3:00. We asked if our keys would work until then, came up to our floor, nope wouldn’t work, helpful maintenance and security let us back in, had to go. Back down again and get the keys reprogrammed to work until 3. Our flight leaves late tonight and could have done without this annoyance, I know there are worse things in life, but you asked for my review. I probably should have asked to until 6 pm just for the inconvenience. We had planned on coming back here but may seriously rethink it. We paid big money, spent big money and were here 8 days

We went for my husband bday hotel was far from main strip we walked 11 miles back and forth. We updated our room since our room was not ready not worth it room was very small no hair dryer limited toilet paper.. staff was not friendly. I hate to even write this very we won’t be coming back

I traveled with my two children ages 6 and 8 and stayed specifically at The Strat for the Iluminate show for my 8 year olds birthday but missed it due to flight delays so we still decided to try and make the best of it by going to the pool the next day. However the next day was checkout day and when I called front desk to ask about late checkout I was told there would be no late checkout because of a Rave (EDC) going on. Which I thought was unfair to guests like myself.

Check-in was efficient and staff all seemed very nice. Overall it was a good stay; however, the beds were not comfortable and our fridge still had several items from the previous guests that included breast milk which was a bit off putting.
