"My first impression was disappointing due to the strong cigarette smell upon entering the hotel. I understand that smoking is allowed in Las Vegas properties, but in other hotels the odor is not nearly as intense as it was here.
I arrived late for check-in, around 11:00 PM (official check-in time is 3:00 PM), so it felt unreasonable to still wait nearly 30 minutes to receive my room.
At check-in, I requested housekeeping service. However, during my 7-day stay, my room was cleaned only once—and that was after I had to request it again at the front desk. This level of service is not acceptable.
I also find the lack of transparency regarding daily fees to be misleading. The advertised rate ends up being significantly higher (close to 50% more) once additional fees are added. This should be clearly communicated upfront.
Additionally, charging guests to receive packages (for example, from Amazon) is unreasonable—especially considering that guests are already paying extra daily fees. This should be included as a basic courtesy.
Lastly, the air conditioning unit in the room was excessively noisy for a hotel environment, which negatively impacted comfort. This is something that definitely needs improvement.
On a positive note, the hotel offers several convenient food options, has a well-organized and spacious area for rideshare pickups, and provides a comfortable space to wait for tour buses. It is also a great advantage that the property is internally connected to two other ho"
