Buhl Court Property
The property is absolutely amazing. Spotless throughout, and our host Mike was never more than a phone call away, should we have ever needed him. The property itself is located in a quiet residential area, and is about a ten minute Uber ride from the major downtown hotels. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, especially for those seeking a quieter place to stay during their time in Vegas. Please be aware, this is not the place to stay if you are looking to party all night around the pool. The house has rules around when a "quiet time" must be observed, and this is out of respect for the fact that this is a residential neighborhood. I would absolutely rate this property as a 10 out of 10.

Awesome oasis close to the Strip
We absolutely loved this property. It has everything you need for a quiet getaway, but with easy access to the Strip (15-20 minute drive). The beds are super comfortable and the house is very nicely decorated. There are also a lot of good food options in the area. Mike was a great host! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for peace, quiet, and convenience!

As described
The house is beautiful! It is spacious and warm. The living area was relaxing and we spent some time down there watching movies. The host is awesome, too. We checked in later than we had hoped for and he checked on us to make sure we made it there safely. The house has literally anything you could ever need. Full sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom is HUGE. There's even a little sit down area with a massive mirror and it was perfect for getting ready for my wedding.

Beautiful house in the best location
This was a great house in a safe lovely location minutes from the strip and a quick drive to nature and hiking. We enjoyed the fact that our family members all had their own bedrooms and the kitchen was set up for making large family meals. Beds were comfortable and the decorations in the home were homey and warm making a comfortable vibe.

Exactly as expected!
We loved our stay in Las Vegas. The property looks just like the pictures and the descriptions were right on. The place was very clean and very well stocked with supplies and kitchen gadgets. Our host, Mike was a great communicator and always got right back to me with questions. The property was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We were able to drive and Uber easily. We would absolutely book again.

Great vacation
Awesome weekly rental! Location of property is great, outside amenities are awesome, cleanliness is good (carpets could use a deep cleaning yearly, feet got dirty everytine we walked on them), upstairs bedrooms got warm even when air conditioning was set at 73-74 ( noticed no air vent returns are in bedrooms for circulation).

Fantastic escape from the strip
We just enjoyed 5 days at this lovely home. It was perfect to enjoy the beautiful weather and still a short Uber to the strip or shopping. It was well stocked with anything you would need for a great stay. The backyard was our favorite spot for morning coffee and time in the sun. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful Home!
Mike's home was amazing! Was perfectly located to be only a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in the city, and was a perfect home base for trips to the Grand Canyon and Zion. The pool and back patio area were the perfect oasis for relaxing the day away before heading out for some evening entertainment. 4 queen beds kept everybody in our family of 5 happy with no need to argue over who got which bed. House was completely stocked with everything you would ever need and then some! Will be our "go to" home for all future Vegas visits!

I'm not really a fan of Las Vegas. This house is amazing! Very clean, good location, and great instructions and check list. Very comfortable furniture and great bathrooms. Lots of space and the pool was excellent. Thank you!

Everything you want and need!
This house was so perfect for our group of 7. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it is super clean. Large kitchen and two family gathering rooms. I can not over state how packed with amenities the home is. I've stayed at over 20 rentals and this one had EVERY THING you could ever need. Tons of spices, plenty of towels, hangers, sunscreen condiments..ect. i forgot my hair straightner..and sure enough, they had one. The pool is huge and clean. There are plenty of pool toys and floaters for everyone. They even had an air pump for our use. Very nice outdoor furniture and loungers. I just can't say enough about this property. Mike was very easy to work with and all rules were clear and helpful. You cant make a better choice!

House was in the perfect location, fantastic size, loads of room for a family of 7. Mike the owner came to see if we had everything we needed and was very helpful. Uber was $15 -$20 to the Strip. I loved how uniquely the property was decorated!
The house was decorated with a lot of unique pieces. My husband and I talked about how the house is set up very well for a group gathering. We counted out 7 different spots that different groups could gather and visit. It was a bit chilly when we were there, so we did not get to use the pool, but we did use the hot tub. When it was too chilly to sit in the back yard in the morning to have coffee. I found the front fenced in courtyard nice and warm to sit and enjoy the morning. Our host was always available when we had any questions or needed anything. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Las Vegas area.

Great location, comfortable home with lots of room and all the amenities you could ask for.
Felt SO at home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need to prepare meals, the pool and hot tub are clean and easy to use, outdoor space is perfect for lounging and dining, neighborhood was easy to get to from the strip, Red Rock Canyon or anywhere, really! The check in process and access was easy to manage and the communication with our host was just the best. Cannot say enough good things about this property!

The rental home was immaculate and well stocked. We enjoyed the ability to spread out inside the house because it is so big. The Pool and Hot tub were an added bonus and we spent a lot of time outdoors. I would highly recommend renting this property. Perfect getaway!
We first booked Mike's home right before the pandemic hit. He has been extremely accommodating when we had to change dates due to travel restrictions. The house was the perfect place to celebrate multiple milestone birthdays. Inside was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The back yard was the perfect oasis with the pool and hot tub. We all had a great time and hope to be back one day.

Overall great house. Gets pretty warm in the upstairs bedrooms. Fire alarms, and garage door opener needs new batteries. Microwave handle, and downstairs bathroom toilet handle were broken. The pool is amazing!! I would stay here again.

We had a group of 8 adults/teens out to Vegas for a hockey camp and this house was perfect. Everything about our experience was top notch. The house is beautiful, super clean, and very well maintained. The pool and the hot tub were a welcome refresher after a long day at the rink. Also, grilling out burgers on the patio was a blast. Mike was exceptional to deal with. Very helpful, professional, responsive, and really friendly. He was great! We would absolutely stay here again! If you're looking for a great place in Vegas, this is it! 5 stars.
