As this is a family home, you may occasionally hear normal daytime household sounds. We do our best to be mindful of noise and ensure our guests’ comfort. Nights are generally quiet, but the space is not soundproof. If you’re very sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. Thank you for understanding!

We had a great stay here. Firstly, this was due to the exemplary communication by the host. We had all the information we needed, she checked in with care during our stay. So good. Secondly, this was a clean and really comfortable and quiet spot for us to stay during our trip. We spent most days at the Red Rock Canyon and were very grateful to return for a comfortable evening. Everything worked well and I would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for our stay

The place was exactly as promoted, In a great location for us. We were in the Las Vegas area to do some hiking. This spot was close to main highways, but out of busy traffic. Everything was clean and check in and check out were super easy!

This was the highlight of our trip! Anything we could possibly need was already there. Ashley has definitely put effort and energy into creating a home away from home for guests. The property was located in a safe and secure neighborhood and was very easily walkable to locations as well as had ample parking. Noise level was low to none and the host responded to every question in a timely manner. I adored the recommendations we had gotten for the area! This stay was perfect.

BEAUTIFUL GET-AWAY

Loved staying here. Amazing to have washer and dryer. The place was spotless and cozy. Perfect and private stay in the North Las Vegas area. Wonderfully close to several food options and highway access. Safe community and away from the craziness from typical Vegas Life and close enough to have all the FUN. Absolutely will stay again.

The location was a bit far from where we needed to be but worth the drive. The accommodations were exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable just like home. Ashley was very responsive better and more prompt than any room service. We would definitely stay again.

Great Experience

The property was simple, clean, cozy and tucked away in a quiet gated community. Ashley, the host was very responsive with any questions that I had. The unit is attached to the living quarters of the host, but there was barely any noise. I really enjoyed my two day stay. The bed was comfy and the light switches were marked so I didn't get confused:)

Very cozy

My boyfriend stayed here for 9 nights. It was a lovely, cozy, tranquil vacation! Beautiful clean guest house with everything you need! Close to grocery stores and yummy restaurants! We are rock climbers so Red Rock Canyon was the perfect spot not too far away, about 35 mins out. Amazing spot for rock climbing bouldering, rope climbing and hiking. The strip was about 40 mins out. We definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Ashley for being a great host.

Relaxing Getaway

Wonderful home! It was EXACTLY what I needed. It was close enough to all the things I needed to do. It is not close to the strip which was great for me. If you are not a person who can handle hearing children and/or minor inconveniences of having people in the room next door, this is not the place for you. Perfect space for me! I can't wait to stay again.

Ashley is a caring host who is patient with any questions or concerns, making my stay worry free. Love the space, the neighborhood, and the great vibrations of this home. Our stay was great and comfortable. The guest suite was very clean. There was plenty of parking on the street, and the community gate and the guest suite keypad entry was easy to figure out. All the codes were provided prior to my arrival, so I didn't have to contact the host. I wish the wifi password was provided too which wasn't a big deal, so i didn't bother to message the host. I appreciate the security chain on the door that connected to the main house. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to vegas.

The 5 star bits: The place was very clean & quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The sheets & towels were also very clean. After a day of driving, I appreciated the bottles of water on the fridge & on the counter. And, the neighborhood was posh (& even gated). I/we would stay here again. The parts that were okay: There wasn’t a note on the email replies to go to the door to the left of the main door. So we weren’t sure if the door was the main entry, around to the right or ? & the third time was the chance when we found a door around the corner, left of the front door. The plug-in air freshener was a bit overpowering for my scent allergies; so, I unplugged it. And, the water to the sink & shower took what seemed like 4-5 minutes to heat up (maybe a bit less ?, after a couple minutes, I assumed I’d be taking a cold/tepid shower or non at all. Once the water did warm-up, it was hot! So, that’s a win. Shame to waste so much water on heating-up in the mountain west.
