Liked everything about the hotel and staff. There was one incident at the pizza bar. The girl who gave the order was really rude. I never like to give bad rating but her attitude was really bad. We had a wrong order filled and she had made it seemed as if it was our fault. I did try to hold my composure but when i seen her tell another worker “B| €h” and let me mind u we were given the wrong order that’s when I explained she had rung us up correctly just the order was wrong so if she’s made she should have told the person who made the order. I do usually stay at the Bellagio but my kids wanted to be there. I will not be staying at the aria again.
I like the property cleanliness and sophisticated look.I did not like how the signage on the casino was not very clear amd lack of maps made it difficult to to see amenities that were available .This cost Aria some business.
The stay was great, but the water pressure in the shower is way too high . It almost hurts to shower. The lack of trash cans in the bathroom for feminine products to be disposed properly as well. But other than those the room and the view was amazing. Loved our stay will be coming back!
The location was great and we used the tram to get between locations a lot. The casino was fun and busy, and the dining options were good. Make sure you have a reservation! Service around the pool was also convenient and fast.
I booked a room with a view of the strip and didn’t get that. When I contacted the front desk they said oh sorry we don’t have any available. Mind you a room view is not a basic room

Overall it was ok. The room was not worth what we paid. The housekeeping staff never came and cleaned and we were there 3 nights. Staff at the casino were friendly.

I was expecting so much from Aria and it wasn’t that bad. Just the staff was not as nice, I booked a double queen and got a king room because “they where out of queen rooms”.

Decent hotel, ate at the steakhouse and had terrible service and food. Very disappointed. Server even made us run our own credit card. Nasty woman.

The rooms are great.. beds very comfortable. I love the shower.tub combo.
Wish there was a coffee maker and a fridge ( that was not just a mini bar).

Staff was unfriendly, made me feel like I was undeserving of her time to answer my questions. Plus because I booked with a 3rd party, she was very rude. I dud not appreciate it at all, and will not be booking at your property ever again.
Charged $50 per room per stay for just putting the leftovers from the restaurant in the mini bar. Didn’t eat or drink anything from it. Next time we’ll order less in their restaurants, or stay elsewhere, lots of nice hotels in Vegas.
