Comfortable condo to share with family off the madness of the Strip. Easy 1-mile walk directly to MGM, New York New York and Park MGM. Also 1.2 mile walk to the Sphere . Exactly as advertised. Very convenient and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was well located and had great amenities. If you are looking looking for a quiet pool area don't go on the weekends from 2-5 as they have a very loud DJ playing terrible music. We loved the shuttle to the strip. The unit itself wasn't very clean, the housekeepers never mopped the floors, they were dirty. We would stay here again.

The host of this VRBO Tina, she was great to work with. We had a few things to come up during our stay and she took care of them expediently. She was professional and client focused. The resort was clean and quiet. Parking was very easy to get to, the pool area was nice and relaxing.

We had a suite and it was very spacious. Loved the option of eating meals in our suite. Shuttle drops you at Paris - last one picks up at 9:30...wish they had a later one! Other reviews have mentioned - they are very pushy at check-in, trying to get you to attend their time share presentation. It was very hard to say no! Other than that we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Great vacation spot. We were a group of 4, including two seniors. Location was great. Just 3 blocks from the strip, but quiet and without a lot of hustle and bustle. The main building had a coffee bar and a convenience store, that had everything we needed. The condo was spacious and very well equipped. We highly recommend!

Oasis from the (excellent) madness of the strip

Apartment just as described, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Tina was great and she was helpful in answering any questions. Despite many reviews about getting hassled for attend presentations, we were not approached once. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Resort was spotless. We will definitely return and stay again.

Tina was so responsive, the place met all our needs and it was very easy to make it to the strip via rideshare. Additionally it was easy for us to get food DoorDashed! Definitely would consider booking again especially since we stayed in Tower 3 and got a glimpse of the strip and new digital sphere thing every night.

Room worked great and location worked out well also. I was a disappointed with the front desk and they were not real helpful in assisting us with questions and the shuttle was not very convenient nor timely and ended up just using Uber and Lyft. Very focused on selling time shares and not as focused on providing good customer service. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the trip and the room.

Nice spot close to the strip

This location suited our purposes perfectly. We really wanted to be close to but not have to deal with all the commotion of the strip. The property was clean, we loved having the kitchen, it has nice pools and if our kids were with us, we would spend a lot of our time on the property because it has many fun things to do. The front desk did try to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation, but we were able to politely say no a few times and they let us go on our way. I would consider staying here again for.the convenience.

Reliable on-line description. Very accommodating property manager. Easy to walk the mile to the strip and easy to get Uber pick-up -- we didn't bother with the shuttle. Great for a large group. The sales sharks in the lobby are as described, but forewarned was forearmed. We liked the bracelet-keys.
