Disappointing Stay at Club Wyndham – Buyer Beware of Timeshare TrapMy recent 5-day stay at Club Wyndham was, unfortunately, just "okay," primarily due to the aging property and an incredibly pushy sales team.The building itself feels very old. I immediately noticed a stickiness to the carpets and floors, which was quite off-putting. To make matters worse, upon check-in, I discovered someone's eyelashes stuck to the bread toaster in my room – not exactly a welcoming sight.However, the most significant issue by far was the aggressive timeshare sales pitch. New guests, be warned: as you check in, a sales representative will likely swoop in, offering an enticing "8-day and 7-night free voucher" in exchange for a 1.5-hour property tour and presentation. This is the first trap. They'll also require a 40 deposit, which they claim is refundable even if you don't attend the tour (though we didn't test this, as we ultimately had to escape).We were in Las Vegas for a convention and on a tight schedule, but the sales team had very limited time slots for their tour, none of which worked for us. What followed was a highly pressured and uncomfortable experience. They were incredibly pushy, clearly aiming to make a sale before the 1.5 hours were up. We literally had to fight our way out of that meeting. It felt like we were trapped, and they were trying to twist our arm into buying a timeshare that simply wasn't worth it.In summary, while the location might be convenient, the outdated
