"Helpful staff and check in. There was renovation on the 32nd floor so very noisy during the afternoons. Have stayed several times, but first time to see black mold in the shower, where the tile meets the bathtub. Two spots I photographed, and let Guest services know before checking out. "The room was not dusted and there were bed essentials that had blood stains like the cover and pillow cases. Also the couch had some odd stains that made me not want to sit on it. Other than that the hotel is ok."
