House keeping needs improvement since I only got 1 day of towels for 4 people, 4 towels, and I stay 2 nights but I sent a text message to listed phone number as instructed but never got anything back. I had to reuse the towels. Also, valet parking sucks. I would rather be able to have free self parking. Those two items fixed, your hotel is 5 stars.

I liked how clean and straight forward it was but because everything was FULL valet it took 45 mins for our bags to get to our room become we could shower and if we needed anything from the car, we couldn’t go to our own car and get it, we had to wait the 20 mins for them to bring up our car to grab1 thing out and then they were upset we weren’t take the car back around the complex before having them park it again
