This 4-bedroom villa, with private pool, is located a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and the tourist heart of the village.
Spacious and comfortable, the property consists of a main house and a double bungalow with two separate bedrooms. It was designed to accommodate families or couples of friends, to spend holidays together, while maintaining their privacy. Everyone can relax or isolate themselves in the various spaces: poolside terrace, indoor and outdoor lounges, pergola, ...
The villa has a large covered terrace where you can have lunch while admiring the tropical garden and swimming pool. The four air-conditioned bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The villa can accommodate eight people. The entire property is private and accessible to tenants.
The ideal location, close to both the sea and the village, will allow you to fully enjoy the beach and the many activities that Las Terrenas offers.
