About this property

Villa with an exceptional view and a private pool

  • A beautiful, peaceful single-story villa with a small bungalow for 4 people located below.(Approx. 30 steps to reach it) with direct ocean views from all bedrooms and living areas. Relax by the spacious 10-meter-by-5-meter pool, which is up to 1.6 metres deep.
    The house staff can make your beds just like at a hotel for an additional $20 per day, and they can also prepare your meals for an additional $120 per day. These services are to be paid upon arrival, depending on your needs.
    Coson Beach is a 5-minute drive away, and the centre of Las Terrenas is 10 minutes away.
    There is an additional charge for air conditioning; we take metre readings upon your arrival and departure. The price per kilowatt is 15 RDS.

    The ping-pong table, various board games, and the country’s traditional domino set will ensure you have a wonderful time.

    Access to the property is subject to compliance with the maximum occupancy of 16 people (including adults and children) for the rented property. No additional guests will be accepted. In accordance with the terms and conditions, I reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation, and no refunds will be issued….

Coson beach view property

We loved the view and the accomodations. The staff was professional and helpful ready to meet our needs.Lived the stay and would repeat. Take seriously the need for a four wheel drive to reach the property.

You need a 4x4

Everything was great except the drive up the mountain but they do warn you that you definitely need a 4x4 to get to the villa but once you get to the Villa everything is beautiful. The view is amazing

A hidden Gem in Las Terrenas!!!

This place is amazing, breath taking views and infinity pool, every room has a view, the house is so beautiful and spacious, Spanish colonial style. Fully equipped kitchen.
