Superbe Appartement En Résidence Avec Piscine

This large 2 bedroom 98 m apartment is ideally located 100 m from the sublime beach of Punta Popy and a few path away from numerous bars and restaurants.
One of the highlights is the lounge on the large covered terrace overlooking a tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool.
The space
The flat is located in a quiet residence with 24 hour security. Each of the 2 bedrooms have a Queen size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, safety box, ample storage and a private bathroom with hot water. It is possible to add an extra mattress if necessary for a 5th person. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, mini oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine...) You can watch your favorite Netflix and Youtube shows on a plasma screen TV on from a very comfortable reclining sofa. Free Wifi available. You can have your meals in the dining room or outside, on the large covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool.

Great location & wonderful host!

We loved our time at Playa Turchese. The location is great. Close enough to Playa Punta Popy to walk, but tucked away from all the noise. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the large verandah. Having the pool just outside our door was wonderful to lay around or cool down. Our host Ulysse was quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need to cook. Ulysse has thought of everything, and was quick to solve any issues. The apartment is a little dated, but it is clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Well located, well maintained older complex full of charm. Ulysse provided lots of details for checking in as well as info on restaurants, activities, etc., and his local partner offered to help with vehicle rentals, transfer bookings, etc. The complex is older but well maintained, as is this apartment. The lanai space is fantastic- but note that everyone uses theirs as well- so you can hear lots of activity, conversations, TV's etc...and the doors and windows opening onto the balcony space have wooden louvres but no glass- so noise (and heat) does travel in/out as well. But all goes quiet by 11:00, so easy sleeping! All in all a positive stay (only thing missing were beach chairs- our previous rental had portable Tommy Bahama style chairs to take to the beach- which we missed here). Cheers.
