The space
Villa GUGI is located in las Terrenas, in the recent project of villas, Las Palmeras de Coson. It is on the second line of beach and has a magnificent view, quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
Las Palmeras de Coson is a gated community project under development, which means that some areas are still in the process of construction and completion. However, this will not affect your stay as Villa Gugi located in the most consolidated area of the complex, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience.
We invite you to be one of our pioneers and enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience in our little paradise.
Upon entering Palmeras each visitor must possess an identity document (ID, or passport) which they will present upon arrival. said person must be previously registered and notified at the time of formalizing the reservation in order to authorize their entrance to the villa.

Park your car in front of the house, included
• This community is still under development; Villas are still under construction, ocasional noise can be heard.
• The community pool is available; however, chaise lounges are not yet provided.
• The access road is in moderate condition, the road close to the club house and restaurant are fully completed, but it is no open for business yet.
Cleaning is available for a cash surcharge of 25 dollars and up depending on the workload determined by the cleaning personnel.
Unfortunately, the new administration no longer permits four-wheel drive motor vehicles inside the community. If you will be using one, we kindly ask that it remain parked in the driveway and be used only for commuting outside the community.
The bedrooms are designed as independent spaces and are not directly connected to the enclosed areas of the house. To reach the main house, guests walk through the pool area, adding to the open, tropical feel of the property.
Electricity Usage: Not included.
Rate: RD15 per kWh
Electricity in the Dominican Republic is relatively expensive. To ensure fair billing, we record the electricity meter reading at both check-in and check-out, and guests are charged only for the electricity they use during their stay.
We kindly ask that you use the air conditioning and pool pump responsibly, and turn them off whenever you leave the villa. Thank you for helping us conserve energy.

Water & Island Living
As with many Caribbean destinations, occasional brief interruptions in water or electricity service may occur. However, our villa benefits from a community water supply system and a backup generator, helping to ensure a reliable and comfortable stay.

You are staying in a beautiful tropical setting, where mosquitoes and small insects can be present, particularly during the evening hours. We recommend using insect repellent and keeping doors closed whenever possible to minimize their presence indoors.
