"Great quick over night. Very clean and comfy and literally in SJU airport ! Felt very safe. My only con is they make you eat breakfast in the restaurant you can’t take it back to enjoy comfortably in your room which I did not like. Also, their outdoor patio was closed. They have an incredible gym!! "

"Great staff, the hotel is clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. I did let them know that our room the second lock did not work, they immediately send someone to check on it and he let me know that it will be fixed the next day, however we were there for a week and it was never fixed. "

"We are just coming back having stayed 6 nights. Our room and the whole gigantic property was very clean, with a beautiful view, the amenities were never ending and all the staff was very nice. We were there during spring break which was a very busy time. They do seem to be understaffed everywhere. Drinks and food took a long time so just prepared for that. Concierge is helpful however they always only had 1 on so the phone was never answered if you called them. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"The place was gorgeous but the front desk staff were less than happy to speak to us. There was no intro “here is the property and information” speech. He literally just looked at me when I walked up to the desk. Didn’t say can I help you or anything. It seems to be a regular thing there bc we experienced the same in Humacao. A few people were great including housekeeping and the bartender. But man why be on front desk if you clearly hate people??!? Weird."
