"We had a wonderful stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location is beautiful and perfect for travelers looking for a more private and peaceful atmosphere. At night, hearing the sounds of nature and the coquí frogs singing made it feel extra special. "This property is as advertised and much more. So much room and space to relax between the 2 floors. The pool table and sauna were a nice touch as was all of the appropriations in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The property was super clean and well stocked with everything you’d need whether staying for a short or long trip. The host Trayce was awesome with communication and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again."

"We spent 2 nights here and absolutely loved it! We wished we could’ve stayed longer. It’s so relaxing, in the rainforest right next to a river. You can hear the frogs at night. The driveway is literally just before an entrance to El Yunque forest, which made it very easy to access. While the price may seem a bit expensive I’d say it is well worth it. There is a hot tub, hammocks, bbq grill, full kitchen, several areas to relax, several tvs, etc. very modern and comfortable. The host was very helpful and polite. The only thing we wished that the showers and hot tub could get a little warmer, but compared to other places we stayed in Puerto Rico it is the same and we were able to handle it. If I am ever coming back to El Yunque I will definitely try to stay here again!"

"This property is in a good location but it is very dated. The owner has not kept up the repairs of the property. There were 6 of us for 10 days and 8 for 3 put of 10 days. We had 8 bath towels and 8 beach towels for the entire time. the washer and dryer were small so you have to do multiple loads for the towels and it took more than 3 hours to dry each time. There was a bidet in the bathroom and it was probably used more than 10 years ago because it has been broken for a long time. The property was listed for three and half bathrooms, except one was outside and it was not clear when it was last cleaned or used because there were frogs and bugs in the toilet and shower. The kitchen was not in the greatest shape either, not very clean. We had two rolls toilet paper, three 15gal garbage bags, four dish washer detergent, no laundry detergent. I understand that we need to bring stuff but not dish detergent, garbage bags and toilet paper. We have stayed at many places for the past years and every place i gave a 10 not a 7 like I think this place deserve.Good location but the owner need to put some money in to improve the place and not so cheap with toilet paper and detergent."

"This property is a 10/10! It comes equip with an outside kitchen and it has all the things you need to cook and grill. There is a washer and dryer located on property as well. The rooms are decent sizes with a bathroom for each bedroom. Overall a very great stay!"

"Juan and his home exceeded all expectations. He is an excellent communicator, responsive and has terrific local knowledge. The pool, basketball court and outdoor covered areas were our favorites to hang out and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. What else could you need??? Highly recommended. "

"Loved staying here! It was a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool as much as we thought because Luquillo beach was so beautiful and there are so many things to do in PR. We had a great time exploring the eastern portion of the island. "
