"Great hotel on Las Canteras beach, smack dab in the middle of the tourist area of Las Palmas. Excellent service, very nice pool area with a great bar, and a wonderful view of the beach (which is also super nice to visit and to swim in the ocean!). The hotel staff was very friendly and we received excellent service all over! Celebrated New Years at the hotel, and it was a blast!

"2 night stay both nights terrible. First night given “last room in hotel”, which had a broken drain and spent the night with sickening sewage smell. I did not complain and was given another room. The room was fine but at 3:30am a tapping noise from aircon or pipes started and no sleep. I had to leave noisy room after 2 hours and sit in reception from 5:00am. 2 nights of hell. Location good and nice gym and pool on the roof. Breakfast dreadful. Reception staff unhelpful. "

"Excellent location close to the beach, bus station & tourist office with plenty of restaurants and little shops close by. Look out for the craft market on Fridays (I think). Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Plentiful breakfasts, evening meals for vegetarians unimaginative & limited. "
