Located in the vibrant Santa Catalina area, Köppen is a wonderful 45 m² exterior apartment situated on the third floor (ground floor plus three) of a building with an lift (please note there are 6 steps to access the lift). With a maximum capacity for 3 guests and a baby, its excellent location on the central pedestrian Calle Ripoche allows you to enjoy the essence of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, just a few metres from the famous Las Canteras Beach.
1. Living and Dining Areas. Independent and bright spaces with windows facing the central Calle Ripoche, full of life and shops:


Dining-Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen that shares space with a dining area for 4 people.
Independent living room: A cosy space separated from the dining area, equipped with a sofa bed (click-clack style for 1 person) and a Smart TV with free Netflix.


2. Rest Area and Bathroom. An environment designed to guarantee your total comfort:


1 main bedroom: Equipped with a double bed (1.5 x 1.9 m) and great natural light thanks to its exterior window facing Calle Ripoche.
1 full bathroom for exclusive use with a walk-in shower.


Amenities, Safety, and Details


Air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free fibre optic Wi-Fi. (Fan available upon request).
Kitchen equipment: Fridge, freezer, oven with microwave function, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and full kitchenware. A special welcome pack is included (flowers, fresh fruit, mineral water, coffee, tea, and sugar).
Washer-dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board available.
We provide full bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a first aid kit.
Cot/cot, high chair, and workspace (desk and chair) available upon request.
Mid-stay cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 7 nights. (It is the guests' responsibility to maintain cleanliness; the mid-stay cleaning we offer is a courtesy clean of up to 1 hour maximum, and under no circumstances is it a deep clean).
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.


Surroundings and Parking


Situated on Calle Ripoche, a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the Santa Catalina-Las Canteras area. Surrounded by picturesque historic buildings, local shops, charming cafes, and restaurants with terraces, it offers a cosy atmosphere ideal for enjoying local life. You will be just a few steps from the beach and very close to points of interest such as Doramas Park, the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, or the Mercado del Puerto, with excellent public transport connections.
It is practically impossible to park on the street; the existing spots are paid and limited to a maximum of 2 hours. Therefore, we recommend using the nearby car parks: the closest is Parking Tomás Miller (160 m away, allows advance booking), followed by Parking Padre Cueto (400 m away, more economical) and Parking Las Canteras (450 m away). If you are looking for more economical options, you have Parking Olof Palme (800 metres away), although it is a bit further away.


Access and Reception


To guarantee maximum flexibility upon your arrival, we have a self-check-in system (initial access to the accommodation is via a web link). Once inside the apartment, you will find the physical keys to use for the rest of your stay. Detailed entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival day. Additionally, for stays of 10 days or more, we offer a personalised check-in with our professional host to welcome you in person.
