Our newly renovated and modern studio of 35 m² is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a few meters from Las Canteras and can accommodate up to 3 people (max. 2 adults).



The decoration has been carefully selected to create a harmonious and cozy atmosphere. It is worth mentioning the terrace area with outdoor views and furniture.



The accommodation is equipped with the following things: elevator, 5 m² terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, TV, radio.



In the vitroceramic open-plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.



Undoubtedly one of the main attractions is the location, near a pedestrian street, and the beautiful Paseo de Las Canteras with its famous beach. In addition, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, entertainment venues and all basic services. Ideal for people who wish to discover our island from a central and well connected location.

The property itself was clean but the check in process was terrible. The lock box to collect the keys is over an hours walk from the property, and when I got there, there were no keys for me. Eventually after phone calls and messages I got a code to enter the building. This was all very stressful being in a new city and carrying luggage. I am still waiting my deposit refund to.

The worst experience couldn't gain access to apartment ,front door locked ,fortunately after 1hour someone came out of building and I got in. Code for apartment door didn't work, someone from next door came out and helped .code was 8965 but this should have been 88965#. Got inside and nopassword for wifi. Apartment was supposed to have a 5squaremetre terrace. No iron, could have been cleaner .leak on boiler in bathroom no privacy curtain.metal table and chairs rusty. One sheet two pillow casesand one duvet cover. No matress cover,no pillow protecters. On day of departure went down to throw garbage away at 9.30 gone less than 2 minutes when I came back the code had been changed and could not gain access.my phone and luggage were in my room. Such a pity location perfect and sunlight ontiny balcony was great.so disappointed.
