Love the text service before we arrived. Would have been nice to know the bar and restaurant are closed on Sundays and Mondays, since we arrived on Monday. There has to be a better way to request servicing our room, because it was missed. The staff then went above to right the situation.

Antiquated mechanical systems hot water did not work properly took at least 20 to 25 minutes for it to warm up general manager, was not responsive. Would never go back nor advise anyone to use this facility

Key did not work on original room. Water in toilet ran constantly. Water in shower took forever to become warm. We would have benefited from small refrigerator as we had medications that needed to be refrigerated and two of the lamps were not plugged in. But the room and the property were beautiful.

Facilities show much better on Expedia than in reality. The only restaurant on the premises was closed for special event except for area around bar where seating was uncomfortable and service mediocre. Food options were limited and average. Worse part was the noise. People were partying late in pool area and it rook several calls to front desk at 1 am to get them to do something about it.

When I entered the hotel there was a party going on in the conference room, and children playing soccer in the main entryway and lounge while staff just watched. The room was expensive, then they charged an additional fee for amenities. When they charged me twice I could not get the charge for amenities back. I would not stay there again, the price did not meet the management and customer service standards of resort cost that was charged.

Had many issues with the room! The hotel itself is beautiful, the restaurant food is very good. Checked out earlier than we had planned. Sent an email to the hotel with our issues. Received a call from management, they issued a one night credit for our inconvenience. Was very pleased that someone actually called back.
