Gary & Nancy’s house felt like we were staying in a family members home. It was comfortable and cozy, there was nothing lacking during our stay. The neighborhood was well appointed and safe. We will definitely be back

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Gary and Nancy were great! Communication was prompt and easy. We will definitely stay here again when we return to lovely Las Cruses.

This place was great. We we suppose to stay 2 nights but only could stay one night due to an emergency.It was clean and spacious and wished we could have stayed longer.Hosts were amazing with communication and were trying every possible way to make our stay great.

We stayed here with our two dogs because of a family emergency. Gary was very accommodating and worked with us so that we could have early access. Amenities included coffee pods and creamer, breakfast cereal and granola bars. Nice propane fireflace too!

We came to Los Cruces for the Mesilla Valley Balloon Festival. The home was spacious, very clean & well-appointed including a breakfast bar. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen with all you need for meal prep and an outside patio complete with grill. And we enjoyed the fireplace in the living room, too.

Great place to stay. House was comfortable am clean. I can not say enough about his much I appreciate the soaps and shampoo that was available for our use. Also appreciated the the milk juice andcereal and snacks that were left, that was going above and beyond of any other house I have stayed at. My only issue was that we ran out of toilet paper (2 partial rolls) for 7 people. Thank you for everything.water
