"Our group had an amazing time at the Pool House, the setup was perfect for multiple families. Lots of communal space to be all together but plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location is incredible, lots of beach access and the neighborhood felt safe. Communication with the host was fantastic and she really went out of our way to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back. "

"Pros: The property was able to let us check in early when requested when we arrived in town earlier than expected. Con: We arrived to an open gate so did not anticipate there would be issues later. After returning from dinner that night, we found ourselves locked out of the property when the provided key to unlock the front gate failed to work. Despite being responsive by phone, the property reported the key should work and had no staff on-site to help. ​My daughter and I waited outside for an hour until the property reached out to another guest to let us in. The key was replaced the next day, but being stranded at night and told the key "has been working for years" when it clearly didn't work was unacceptable. I would recommend this property have a better backup system for guests."
