"Room with not hot eater at all, i did book a different hotel just to shower, they never offer not even to move me to a diferent room. Also had roaches at my room and even inside the hair dryer wish particles of dead ones coming from the blower and got directly to my face,situation was notified to front desk wich they came and took pictures of the roaches inside the hair dryer. Theyvsaid they notified the manager and that they where Goin to contact me ro rssokvevthe problem. Manager never respond to emails and even attend me over the phone. I will like to be refund for this horrible experience and this place should be taken of your contract. Just went back to puerto rico last week and try to contact the manager one more time over the phone and she denie to help me with compensation at all, i am gonna report this to the local department of consumers immediately.please will somebody help to resolve this situation and compensate me with a refund or a credit to be use, we are hard working ppl who supports yiur business, we deserve respect over all. "Parking was easy, communication with the staff was very clear and polite. The room was clean, there was not a full kitchen but that was what I expected."

"The place was in a very remote area surrounded by hens and roosters. You can hear them night and day. The Mini house was ugly. It looked like PVC walls. You can see all the screws, not painted and badly put together. The floors were still dirty. The appliances and sinks bathroom are all rusty. The furniture is all different then the pictures on Vrbo, it looked like they got furniture from a garage sell. Asked for a refund for the 2nd half of my stay and got it after hours of going back and forth with Vrbo reps and the owner, who where very reluctant on refunding me at first. Not a pleasant experience. "

"Very charming and clean room in a nice neighborhood. The only problem I had was finding the place. Google maps is completely wrong. You absolutely must get the correct Google maps link texted to you directly from the host or you'll be steered way off course by Google maps. Unfortunately VRBO hasn't corrected the error yet."
