We could not even get into the hotel we sat outside for 3 hrs in the end we had to find another Hotel We had no answer from the messages we sent or the phone numbers the place was all locked up and no one around we would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Nous sommes restées 10 jours dans l'hôtel qui est très bien situé si vous aimez faire la fête. La rue du strip est à peine à 2 min Accueil très chaleureux, personnels agréables. Piscine chauffée En revanche concernant le ménage.. Les draps n'ont été changé que au bout de 6 jours parce que nous l'avions demandé, idem pour les serviettes. Le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours et quand il est fait l'eau du seau a déjà servis pour faire une paire de chambre et n'est donc pas propre. La climatisation m'a goûtée sur la tête toute la nuit.. L'écoulement de la douche et du lavabo est inexistante. Si vous voulez vous lavez avec de l'eau chaude, allez y avant 18h. Le petit déjeuné n'est pas très diversifié, il n'a pas changé en 10 jours. La musique autour de la piscine commence à 10h et ne s'arrête pas avant 23h voir plus, les premiers jours c'est sympathique mais écouter la même playlist 6f/j pendant 10 jours c'est un peu agaçant. Cet hôtel pourrait être mieux si un effort sur le ménage et la propreté étaient fait.

Bait and switch scam!

We booked one night at this hotel, and upon checking in, we were brought a block or two away to a completely different location. There was no pool at this new location, one bar of intermittent WiFi signal, and the rooms were completely different from the photos online. Inside the room was hotter than it was outside (32 degrees celcius) and the air conditioning was struggling to run. The doors at this place had punch marks all over them and there was a footprint on the wall about four feet above the ground. There were all sorts of construction materials on the balcony area. The front desk guy kept insisting that I'd booked at this second location, which was completely false. It wasn't until I started to make a fuss and called hotels.com to complain, that the front desk guy was able to find a room for us inside the actual hotel we booked. The actual hotel was alright. It looks like they just converted an old apartment building into a hotel. The bathtub was dirty, and there was no hair dryer (as had been advertised). The curtains hardly stayed attached to the rod. The box spring was completely busted up in one room and the bed offered no support. Luckily the AC was working. This hotel is right in the middle of the nightclub area. Great if you want to party, but it's quite noisy. I do not recommend if you're seeking relaxation.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, nous y avons passé une nuit juste horrible, on a pas fermé les yeux, entre la clim défectueuse qui n'a pas arrêté de faire des bruits désagréables durant toute la nuit, sans parler de la proximité avec les bars et donc de la musique forte jusqu'à tard la nuit, aucune isolation' phonique des fenêtres. On a appelé au milieu de la nuit pour nous trouver une solution mais ils pouvaient rien pour nous, c'était catastrophique. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude, on a du se doucher avec de l'eau bien froide. Le petit dej était écœurant : les jus industrialisés et la qualité n'était pas du tt là. Bref, à FUIR cet hôtel !!

at reception the lady ludmila gave us a nice room to stay for the weekend! Great location perfect to go stroll on nissi avenue or go party in bar street!

I was very disappointed with the cleaning standards. The room was dirty, clearly no one cleans under the beds as there was loads of dirt and dust that must have been accumulating there for some time. I had to ask for clean towels as the one we were given were dirty. The bathroom and shower were dirty and even when I asked for it to be cleaned nothing has happened. The cleaning ladies asked on our departure (day 4) if we need a service and once I replied we are leaving cleaning lady just commented “that’s even better”. The balcony hasn’t been possibly cleaned the whole summer as there were stains on the chairs, dust and dirt that when I tried to clean it the tissue was black. Also the curtains in the room had massive stains of all sorts that I don’t wish to know what those stains were made of. In overall the only good thing was a price. Definitely won’t be returning back, unless the management makes changes and will make sure the cleaning is the highest priority.

pay extra for a better hotel

The hotel was not great. The only saving grace was that we didn’t pay very much for our 2 night stay! The room was simple and bathroom was actually quite clean. The breakfast was awful and hygiene didn’t seem to be a priority - uncleaned tables, open food etc. I’ve stayed on a few other three star hotels in Cyprus and they have been way better!!!

The owner kinda made me feel unwelcomed. Which is the reason for average review. The hotel is in good condition and clean, surprisingly has a seimming pool which is a pleasant suprise for a 2 star hotel. Is located close to the city centre and about walking distance from the beach.

Disappointed...

Trust the other bad reviews.. At least at the Annex, the room was dirty, the shower glass was broken and the sink was rusty and taped. Yes, the Annex is not shown anywhere in the pictures and it looks nothing like the hotel. It's a complex detached from rest of the hotel which gives no sense of security. The only good think is the price and the location.
