Looks are deceiving, the pictures on website don’t show the hotel’s reality. Dirty, unkempt grounds, the water isn’t hot, kind of lukewarm. Too much noise from the street.

Only as a last resort - Basic over nite stay
his hotel is a very dated hotel from the 60's the furniture is dated. Not recommended for families as many staying at this hotels are blue collar workers, truck drivers, and trades workers passing through or working in the area. Thier language is not family friendly. Breakfast is basically frozen microwave meals and a handful of fruits. While I was there the truckers were smoking, talking on the cell phones and cooking their food in a dated but fairly clean microwave. Its near a busy intersection and large trucks, sirens, and cars accelerating hard can be heard all night long. Lots of pedestrian traffic at night and day. Restaurants are near by an easy walk from the hotel but would not recommend to walk after dark.

Yes our property is mostly truck drivers, oil field workers, we cant control thier language if thier outside or using thier cell phones. Breakfast items have been approved by BEST WESTERN. But we do apologize that you didnt have a more pleasurable experience.

The TV remote was missing. I had asked for a non-smoking room and I got a smoking room due to none available. The curtains had stains. The bathroom was tiny.

Great value. Clean room. Staff was helpful. Wifi was out for a while but it appeared to be city wide, however when cable was restored was still not able to access Wifi.

The T.V. Remote would pick and chose when to work. The curtains were literally torn to pieces, as well as the comforter, the bathroom door had brown fingerprint smudges on it. The sink was dirty and had hair all over the counter, cleanliness is definitely not a priority here. I would have been more comfortable using sandpaper to dry off after a shower than the towels they provided. Paper thin walls, and super loud beds. Just a terrible place all around.

The hotel was advertised as 3.1 miles from the airport and it is not. A shuttle to the airport was also advertised. Yet, very limited hours were limited. Lastly, a FREE breakfast was offered. I was given a discussing sandwich. The meat looked and smelled rotten.

shuttle is provided to every guest. but the hotel does offer the shuttle service to several trucking companies and unfortunately the hotel does drop them off at thier terminals. hotel tries to accomodate every guest. so we do apologize for the misunderstandings.

The motel did not look at all as pictured. Super run down. The room was very dirty. The sink/counters/floor had not even been wiped down. Hair and brown substance in the sink. Blood and bodily fluid stains on both bed sheet sets. Conjoined rooms with a particle board door. We tried to cancel our last two nights but they wouldn’t let us. We left. Terrible experience.

I came for a funeral so I was not looking for the most expensive stay. It is an older building, but everything worked as expected. The pool was small, but clean. I did not use it due to the cold weather. Hotel located within walking distance to Whataburger, Wendy's, McDonalds and Burger King. Gas station right across the street and Walmart was about a 3-5 minute drive.

Found this place by accident, actually a breakdown. I'm a long haul truck driver and had to put my Rig in the shop. other hotels left me waiting for hours for a pick up - not these folks. about 20 mins after the call, 10 minutes after the dealer closed, the manager (owner) picked me up in their personal vehicle. Engaging, friendly, and a friendly front desk person made a bad situation more palatable. It's just off a busy street but the silence is deafening. Comfortable bed and a clean room and plenty of places to walk to to eat This is my "spot" when I'm in Laredo weather for repairs or if I just need to get out the truck for a few days. This is how you earn a customers trust, and their business. Keep up the good work!!

Clean and easily accessible.
Very nice room for the price and convenience of restaurants, gas stations, and location in general, provided parking for large vehicles. ONLY complaint was the battery needed replaced in the carbon monoxide detector, let room service know, but was not taken care of while we were there. Would stay again.
