Older property, well-maintained. Has multiple buildings, some of which include long-term residents. Friendly, helpful staff and good cleaning crews. Onsite laundry has good quality machines and not-crazy prices. Reasonably quiet, but close to an Interstate and a very busy RR, so it's not silent. Local area is under construction: if you could walk to food, I didn't see it. I would happily stay there again.
